AlphaOS is a personal tool for tracking your own investment portfolio. It is not investment advice, it comes with no guarantees, and you are responsible for the data you put in.

1. Who we are

AlphaOS is a personal investment-portfolio tracker available at https://alpha-os.app. It is operated by an individual based in Thailand, referred to in these Terms as “the AlphaOS operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” You can reach us at support@alpha-os.app.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and the AlphaOS operator. By creating an account or using AlphaOS (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What AlphaOS does

AlphaOS lets you record and organize information about your own investments — such as stocks, Thai mutual funds, dividends, and cash — and see summaries, holdings, and performance based on the data you enter and on market data from third-party providers.

AlphaOS is an informational and record-keeping tool only. It helps you keep track of a portfolio you already own or manage elsewhere. It does not execute trades, hold your money, or connect to your brokerage to move funds.

3. Not financial advice

AlphaOS does not provide investment, financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to adopt any investment strategy. Figures, valuations, and performance numbers are estimates based on the data you enter and on third-party market data that may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Before acting on anything you see in AlphaOS, verify it independently and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional.

4. Eligibility and your account

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use AlphaOS. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You may sign in with an email address and password or, where available, with Google sign-in. Tell us promptly at support@alpha-os.app if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

5. Your data and content

The portfolio information you enter — including transactions, holdings, account names, and notes — belongs to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that data back to you so the Service can work.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for having the right to enter it. AlphaOS is a convenience tool, not your system of record; keep your own copies of anything important. You can export your full account data and delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

When using AlphaOS, you agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights;
  • access, use, or try to access another person’s account or data without permission;
  • probe, scan, overload, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the security or access controls of the Service;
  • scrape, resell, or redistribute market data or other content in violation of these Terms or a third-party provider’s terms;
  • upload malware, or use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content;
  • reverse engineer or copy the Service except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.

7. Third-party data and services

AlphaOS relies on third parties to function, including market and reference data providers (such as Yahoo Finance and Thai SEC Open Data) and infrastructure providers for hosting and email. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. Their data is provided “as is” and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

8. Paid Services

AlphaOS is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, the price, billing terms, and any additional conditions for those features will be presented to you before you subscribe, and additional Paid Services terms will apply to them at that time. The rest of these Terms continue to apply to all use of the Service.

9. Availability and changes to the Service

AlphaOS is a personal project offered on a best-effort basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We will make reasonable efforts to let you export your data before any planned discontinuation of the Service.

10. No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service, or any data or calculation within it, is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the AlphaOS operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, investment losses, data loss, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, the total aggregate liability of the AlphaOS operator arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.

12. Termination

You may stop using AlphaOS and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including data ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) continue to apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the version and effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you, for example by email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in Thailand will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
